So.. Let's define self-sabotage. This basically boils down to having nothing going on external of you to cause conflict in your life, but your internal conflict with yourself or your desires manifests as you sabotaging yourself.


This can affect your life in SOOOO many ways including (but not limited to)

  • Your health plan

  • Your fitness plan

  • Your relationships

  • Your career

  • Starting your own Biz


Reasons for self sabotage

  1. Your desires feel so out of reach because of your limiting beliefs.

  2. You’re scared of success - won’t be relatable - so you quit working toward the goal

  3. You’re scared of failure - so you’re paralyzed by inaction

  4. You’re addicted to the comfort of your existence, and more so, you like to complain about it.

You have to consciously make the decision to not continually sabotage in the same way.
— so when you make the decision to not have that cosmic brownie
— you’re already rewiring your brain.

Until you can get down to your truths and desires and WHY YOU DESIRE things. You won’t take the action it takes to get there.


The sooner you stop sabotaging the sooner you get the results you’re looking for.


MY personal coach & mentor Mikayla always references Andy Frisella and in this specific instance, I love how she relays his messaging about sabotaging your results:

  • You have to take the uncomfortable scary actions to break your cycle of sabotaging your success.

  • Continually chose what you desire instead of NOT having it.


Quit dwelling on your past mistakes or the past times things didn’t work out for you. You have to rewrite the stories and limiting beliefs keeping you from reaching your goals.


ACTIVATE YOUR POWER TO STOP SELF-SABOTAGING:

Journal:

  1. why do I not feel deserving of my goal?

  2. Do the shadow work around your patterns of sabotage

  3. Why am I afraid of succeeding?

- get raw with yourself : who are you afraid of offending with your success? are you scared of a specific person not liking you because of your success? Get to the bottom of what is holding you back.
